
Law and Internet Foundation (LIF) is a Bulgarian NGO & Research centre which supports and performs applied studies, scientific research, programmes and projects in the field of legal, technological, economic and social issues related to the fast penetration of information and communication technologies both in public and private sectors. It has a great experience in projects aimed at networking and collaborating with national and international institutions working in the practical areas of judicial cooperation, children’s rights, youth education, knowledge transfer and exchange of expertise across the EU. LIF is a member of the National Network for Children in Bulgaria and has a wide network of contacts to reach out to the Bulgarian Central Authority, the Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria and Bulgarian Training Center for lawyers „Krystju Tsonchev.“ LIF is the initiator and coordinator of the first iCare project and will have a great role in the dissemination and sharing of iCare2, using its good positioning to increase the level of interaction with target groups.
