Do you know that in Bulgaria there are no specialised courts that are handling only international child abduction cases? According to Article 22a of the Child protection act, applications for the return of the child or for the exercise of the rights of access under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction are examined only by the Sofia City Court.
